Committed to revolutionizing the logistics industry, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Business Development Head (Mumbai) to spearhead our expansion efforts in the vibrant market of Mumbai.

Position Overview:

The role of the Regional Head Business Development is to lead and drive business growth at regional level. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, building robust stakeholder relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sales and revenue generation.

Role Requirements:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, and local delivery partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, pricing models, and operational plans.
  • Closely monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Play a vital role in driving the company’s growth by continuously improving processes, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the e mobility sector.
  • Responsible for Solution Design and setting up of new business.

Profile Requirements:

Education:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred: Degree in Sales, Business Development, Logistics, Business, or a related field.  MBA or graduation from a premier institute.

Experience:

  • 10-12 years of overall experience.
  • 6-8 years of progressive experience in sales/business development, with a focus on last mile delivery.
  • Preferred: Start-up experience in Logistics/Last mile delivery.
  • Experience of working in the EV industry/Sustainability Space.
